Course. 7 week program. Incorporate the knowledge of chakras
with your personal experience. Postures, Charecteristics and personal
guided meditation to help balance these energy centers. Each class
focuses on one chakra. Expand your knowledge of these energy centers
and how they affect your daily life.

This program works specifically with opening the heart center and
connecting more fully to the asanas and the gateway this can be
to spiritual awakening.

From the early desire to bring a new life into the world through
their first moments of life and beyond. Yoga and attention to a
healthy mind/body state support you through this transition with
ease.
Menopause
- Is not a curse! Learn to manage symptoms and improve over-all
well being. This is a powerful transition time in life and can be
a very positive time if given attention. Yoga and mind / body training
can help you feel supported by your body. Physiologically, as well
as psychologically the gentle movements of yoga help restore a feeling
of ease.
PMS
- Every woman is different when it comes how our bodies handle
the month to month cycle of change. Yoga assists in opening and
allowing the flow while at the same time regulating hormonal responces
in the body. The rhythm of the mind and the body can direct your
experience, eliminating often debilitating symptoms.
